Recently, it was learned that the company's low-grade coal efficient utilization hydrogen production and 500,000 tons/year high-concentration urea-based compound fertilizer projects successfully received power at the circulating water substation on September 13, the purification substation on September 21, and the urea substation on October 21. So far, the three substations of the coal chemical project (Second Section) under construction have all received power successfully.
It took five months from the installation of the substation cabinet in May to the successful power supply of all substations in October. A total of 82 high-voltage cabinets, 16 reactive compensation cabinets, 10 dry-type transformers, and 97 low-voltage cabinets in the three substations have all received power successfully. The successful completion of the power supply of the three substations indicates that the electrical construction progress of (Second Section) has exceeded half, laying a solid foundation for the formal power supply operation of all equipment in the plant.
The hydrogen production and 500,000 tons of high-concentration urea-based compound fertilizer project adopts aerospace pulverized coal gasification and five-ring urea technology to produce 200 million m3 of hydrogen, 300,000 tons of synthetic ammonia (of which 174,000 tons are used to produce urea), and 300,000 tons of urea, and then processes and produces 500,000 tons of high-concentration urea-based compound fertilizer.
Main construction content:
Gasification adopts aerospace pulverized coal pressurized gasification to produce crude synthesis gas, with a designed gas production of 213,051.8 m3/h and a coal consumption of 68.8 t/h for the gasifier.
Gas purification includes conversion, desulfurization and decarbonization (low-temperature methanol washing), ammonia ice machine, carbon dioxide compression, and liquid nitrogen washing. 28,622.68 m3/h of purified gas is generated and sent to PSA hydrogen production, and 99,728 m3/h of fresh synthesis gas is generated to the synthetic ammonia unit.
PSA hydrogen production produces 25,000 m3/h of hydrogen through pressure swing adsorption, and hydrogen is supplied to users in the park.
Synthetic ammonia adopts low-pressure synthetic ammonia technology. Including synthesis gas compression and ammonia synthesis.
Urea adopts C02 stripping process. The urea production capacity is 300,000 tons/year, all of which are used to produce urea-based compound fertilizer.
Urea-based compound fertilizer is mixed with monoammonium phosphate, fillers and potassium sulfate in molten urea, and 500,000 tons of compound fertilizer are produced annually through high tower granulation technology.
Sulfur recovery processes 7190.54m3/h of acid gas. It adopts two-stage Claus sulfur recovery + tail gas incineration process, with an annual sulfur production of 22,400 tons.
Air separation is configured according to 38,000m3/h O2. It adopts air deep cooling and liquid oxygen internal compression process. The process package and key equipment are domestic technologies.
